FERS Workshop Options

Our presentation style adapts to how your employees learn best. Below are a few ways we can plan a FERS workshop for your employees nationwide.

Live, in-person workshops:

If your employees are back in the office and you’d like to provide valuable information in a live session, this is, in our opinion, the optimum setting. Employees are more likely to ask their questions and often benefit from the questions of others that they don’t think to ask. Participants have direct access to the presenter if they want to ask a personal question.

Virtual workshops:

At Federal Benefits Made Simple, we’ve mastered the art of virtual presentations. Our live virtual workshops can be conducted as a full 7-hour session or divided into two 3.5-hour sessions over two days. You can schedule two consecutive morning or afternoon sessions, or a morning session on Day One and an afternoon session on Day Two. Hourly breaks are included in all sessions.

If your agency has employees in multiple locations, this option may work best for you. Workshop materials are emailed directly to participants.

Hybrid - In-person/virtual workshop:

Your agency may have employees who wish to attend in person, while others prefer to join virtually. The hybrid session accommodates both, allowing employees to attend the in-person, live session while it is simultaneously offered to virtual attendees. Those attending virtually benefit from live interaction and can have their specific questions answered. If you have employees who learn best in person, this is a great way to satisfy the needs of many employees while offering workshops at multiple locations across the U.S. Workshop materials are mailed to the agency for in-person attendees and emailed directly to virtual participants.
